Welcome!
I Invite You to Get OnTrack to Your New Money life
If you are exploring this website, most likely you are looking for a healthier relationship with money, or what I call Financial Wellness. Most of us search for a life of wellness, including how we eat, exercise, approach medical issues, spiritual practices, to name a few. And since money touches every aspect of our lives, both physically and emotionally, true holistic wellness should also include a healthy relationship with money.
Let me share with you my definition of Financial Wellness:
Financial Wellness is an intricate balance of the mental, spiritual and physical aspects of money. This combination is the ideal relationship with money for which we strive. It is an active process of becoming aware of, and making choices toward, a more successful existence.
Financial wellness is having an understanding of your financial situation and taking care of it in such a way that you are prepared for financial changes. Maintaining that balance consists of being comfortable with where your money comes from and where it is going.
If financial wellness is your goal,
I welcome you to explore this website.
Would you like to:
Have clarity around your money; Where it comes from and where it goes?
Be at peace with your money behaviors and decisions?
Have comfort knowing unexpected expenses won't sabotage you?
Break out of the debt cycle?
Have effective planning tools and strategies for spending and savings plans?
Have the confidence to stay with your plans?
Have a guide, mentor and coach to walk with you and support you?
We will walk two paths together:
The first path is the practical side of money. You will learn effective and flexible tools and strategies that fit your specific needs.
The second path is the emotional side of money. We all have feelings and beliefs about money and these often drive our behavior. You will discover which behaviors are working in your favor and how to change those which are self defeating.
*Please Note: I am not a credit counselor, financial adviser or financial planner. I sell no products, nor do I give investment advice. I help clients improve their relationship and management of non invested money. However, having a healthy relationship with money can help in all areas of your financial life.
