Getting on track to financial wellness is a process, not a quick fix. It takes time and commitment, and the benefits are well worth it! The journey varies based on the client's individual situation, but the basic steps of the process includes the following:

Gather information--we'll discuss what brings you to Financial Wellness Coaching. It may be worry, confusion about planning or managing finances, feeling out of control, over-spending, debt, under-earning, or anything else that causes you discomfort in your relationship with money.

Establish goals--What is your vision of a healthy, happy money life?



Create a spending plan, savings plan and debt reduction plan--Each of these plans is developed specific to your individual needs and situation. Clarity and flexibility assist in successful adherence.

Identify money behaviors--Financial decisions and behaviors are driven by attitudes and beliefs about money that developed from past experiences in our lives. Financial clarity will develop and patterns change as we explore these areas.

Put solutions into action-- Money touches every aspect of our lives. Living in the solution by taking action to bring financial balance into your life may be the best gift you ever give yourself. Money stress and chaos need not be a part of your life. Financial mastery and comfort can take their place.

Enjoy a new way of life-- You can move into the future with confidence and empowerment in your relationship with money. As you experience change and personal growth, you can feel at peace with your decisions and behaviors in your financial life.
